Service Description

Ayurveda uses various diagnostic methods to examine your body (such as pulse and tongue examination) as well as taking an extensive personal and medical history. This may include amongst other matters, an understanding of your diet, your professional life and working conditions, relationships and exercise routines. A bespoke treatment plan will be provided to include nutrition, lifestyle changes and herbal medicine. Herbs are at an additional cost (approx 3 weeks supply): Ayurvedic powders (£5-10.00), jams (£8.00), tablets (£15.00) Please note if you are booking this service with less than 24 hours notice you will need to confirm your appointment by text message or telephone 07792 274 916.
